Open Farm Day 2024 is right around the corner! A detailed schedule is below.

Heartland Farm will host its annual Open Farm Day on Saturday, April 27 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Visit the non-profit farm, with its herd of alpacas, its 3 miles of walking trails, and its unique gift shop!

Watch demonstrations, take a tour of our gardens and trails, feed Scottish Highland cattle from our friends at JCA Highlands, feed your creativity with a fun craft, and even take an alpaca for a walk!

Heartland Farm is located an easy 13 miles west of Great Bend. Take West Barton County Road (10th Street) west for 13 miles. When the pavement ends, continue west on gravel (Avenue X) for one mile. Turn south on CR 390 (look for our sign) for 1/2 mile. Heartland Farm will be on the west side of the road. For directions from other locations, see our Directions page.
