Sr. Jane’s Retirement Celebration

Heartland Farm’s long-time director, Sr. Jane, is retiring, and we are honoring her with a come-and-go party! Jane would love to see you there!

Jane isn’t leaving the Farm; she plans to stay to volunteer, so if you aren’t able to attend, she would appreciate receiving a card from you at the Farm’s address: 1049 CR 390, Pawnee Rock, KS 67567.

Heartland Farm is an easy 13 miles west of Great Bend. From the 4-way stop at 10th and Patton (where Highway 56 turns south), drive westward for 13 miles on W Barton County Road. When the pavement ends, continue west for another mile. Turn left at CR 390 (look for our sign) and continue for 1/2 mile. Heartland Farm will be the first driveway on the right side.
