New this year at Heartland Farm!

In conjunction with our friend Ruth Van Pelt, we are excited to host the Nun Ya Bzzzness 5K Trail Run and Fun Run/Walk Fundraiser on the Heartland Farm trails!

All proceeds go to Heartland Farm!

“I’m turning a certain age (nun ya business) and thought it’d be fun to run a 5K. I looked into some local races around Kansas—they seemed great—but then I stumbled on Heartland Farm and its gorgeous trails. After reaching out, I decided: why not plan my own 5K? Will I be running it? (Also nun ya business.) Come join us (and the alpacas) for a fun time!”

When: Saturday, August 9

5K:  7:30 a.m.
Fun run/walk: 8:00 a.m.

Where: Heartland Farm

Fee: $40

Deadline to register and get a t-shirt: July 25.
Registrations after July 25 through the morning of the event will not receive a t-shirt.

Heartland Farm is an easy 13 miles west of Great Bend. From the 4-way stop at 10th and Patton (where Highway 56 turns south), drive westward for 13 miles on W Barton County Road. When the pavement ends, continue west for another mile. Turn left at CR 390 (look for our sign) and continue for 1/2 mile. Heartland Farm will be the first driveway on the right side.
