Under the Stars

Take a ride to Heartland Farm for this special event at a unique venue!

Under the Stars: a cookout, concert, and stargazing event will take place the evening of August 4th. Come out for food, music, and viewing of the Persied meteor shower in the Farm’s
inky skies.

This special event features Still on the Hill, a national and
international touring duet out of Arkansas focused on storytelling and preserving the culture of the Ozarks.
Their music is a blend of bluegrass, folk, classical, and mountain music that Julie Koehler of Bluegrass Now Magazine calls a “yet-to-be-named hybrid music that simply compels people to stop and listen, to pause in their hectic lives and pay attention to something they’ve never heard before. It’s magic, and there’s simply not enough magic in the world today.” Register early. Space is limited to 50.

Registration: $20 per person (includes meal)
Registration deadline: Tuesday, August 1st

Turn south on CR 390 for ½ mile. Heartland Farm will be on the west side of the road. For directions from other locations, visit Directions – Heartland Farm (heartlandfarm-ks.org).
