Directions: Heartland Farm is an easy drive from Great Bend and other locations. Take W. Barton County Rd (10th Street) west for 13 paved miles. When the pavement ends, continue west on gravel (Ave. X) for one mile. Look for our sign at the corner of Ave. X and CR 390. Turn south on CR 390 for ½ mile.
